Job Description & Requirements
A growing chiropractic practice in Biloxi, MS, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $90,000–$100,000 (salary negotiable based on experience), plus weekly bonus opportunities. New graduates are encouraged to apply, with a starting salary beginning at $85,000 plus bonuses.
The associate will work 21–30 hours per week on the following schedule; Monday through Friday. The doctor will provide approximately 250 adjustments per week, with an average of 3–5 minutes per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Taking patient X-rays
- Presenting Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Providing chiropractic adjustments
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Participating in professional development and continuing education seminars
- Supporting patient education workshops and internal referral initiatives
The clinic utilizes Manual Diversified techniques, Arthro Stim, and incorporates soft wave care. Doctors work within a shared-patient model, allowing for collaboration while maintaining a consistent patient experience. The team primarily handles financial plans, although the ideal associate should be comfortable discussing care recommendations with patients when needed. Training is available for the right candidate.
