Job Description & Requirements
A growing integrated healthcare practice in Duarte, CA, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor who is fluent in Spanish and able to communicate comfortably with patients. This full-time position offers a base salary of $90,000–$120,000 (salary negotiable based on experience), plus bonus and commission opportunities.
The associate will work Monday through Friday, averaging 31–40 hours per week. Expected patient volume is 100–150 visits per week, with doctors typically spending 5–10 minutes per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting patient consultations and examinations
- Presenting Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Discussing financial plans with patients
- Providing chiropractic adjustments
- Conducting re-exams
- Providing exercise and rehabilitation instruction
- Offering nutritional and supplementation guidance
- Participating in professional development and continuing education seminars
The practice utilizes Diversified as its primary adjusting technique while remaining open to doctors who incorporate additional techniques. Patient care includes chiropractic adjustments, decompression therapy, neuropathy care, rehabilitation, and nutritional support. Doctors work within a shared-patient model alongside medical doctors and physical therapists in an integrated practice environment. Training and mentorship are available for the right candidate.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish with the ability to converse confidently with patients
- California chiropractic license (or eligibility for licensure)
