Job Description & Requirements
A well-established chiropractic clinic in Glen Burnie, MD, is seeking an experienced Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $85,000–$110,000 (salary negotiable based on experience), along with a PVA bonus program. The practice is looking for a long-term associate to help continue providing exceptional patient care.
The associate will work Monday through Friday, averaging 31–40 hours per week. Expected patient volume ranges from 150–200 adjustments per week, with doctors typically spending 3–5 minutes per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting Day 1 patient evaluations
- Delivering Day 2 Reports of Findings
- Presenting and explaining cash-based care plans and treatment packages
- Providing chiropractic adjustments
- Delivering active and passive therapies
- Promoting wellness lifestyle education
- Participating in professional development and continuing education seminars
The practice utilizes Manual Diversified and Activator techniques. Each chiropractor manages their own practice within the clinic while working alongside an experienced team in a supportive environment. Training is available for the right candidate.
Candidates must hold (or be eligible for) a Maryland chiropractic license. Out-of-state candidates are welcome to apply.
