Job Description & Requirements
A growing chiropractic clinic in Victor, NY, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $85,000–$100,000 (salary negotiable based on experience), with quarterly bonus opportunities based on performance.
The associate will work Monday through Friday (full days), averaging 31–40 hours per week. Expected patient volume is 150+ adjustments per week, with doctors typically spending 5–10 minutes per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing chiropractic adjustments
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Delivering exercise instruction
- Providing nutritional and supplementation guidance
- Incorporating functional medicine into patient care
- Participating in professional development and continuing education seminars
The practice operates within a shared-patient model, providing associates with a collaborative environment while delivering individualized care for patients. The clinic’s primary adjusting technique is Gonstead, and the associate should be open to learning and practicing within this approach. Training and mentorship are provided.
