Job Description & Requirements
A well-established chiropractic practice in Eagle River, AK, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its collaborative team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $100,000–$125,000 (salary negotiable based on experience), along with quarterly performance bonuses.
The associate will work 31–40 hours per week, with an expected patient volume of 80–100 visits per week. Doctors typically spend 5–10 minutes with each patient, allowing time to provide personalized care and build strong patient relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing chiropractic adjustments using Manual Diversified techniques
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Delivering therapy/rehab and exercise instruction
- Providing nutritional and supplementation guidance
- Incorporating functional medicine into patient care when appropriate
- Participating in professional development and continuing education seminars
X-rays are performed through an imaging provider located across the building, with CT and MRI services also available nearby. Financial discussions and insurance transactions are handled by the practice team, allowing doctors to focus primarily on patient care rather than sales or financial closing.
The practice operates under a shared-patient model where chiropractors collaborate with physical therapists to deliver comprehensive active and passive care based on each patient’s needs. Candidates with an interest in Functional Medicine are encouraged to apply.
