Job Description & Requirements
A growing chiropractic clinic in Morganton, NC, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $85,000–$100,000 (salary negotiable based on experience), along with monthly bonus and incentive opportunities.
The associate will work Monday through Friday, averaging 31–40 hours per week. This role includes an expected patient volume of 100–150 visits per week, with doctors typically spending 5–10 minutes per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Providing chiropractic adjustments
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Delivering therapy/rehab and exercise instruction
- Utilizing decompression therapy as part of patient care
- Providing nutritional and supplementation guidance
- Participating in professional development and continuing education seminars
The practice refers patients to an outside imaging provider for X-rays and operates within a collaborative shared-patient model, allowing doctors to focus on delivering high-quality patient care while working closely together.
