Job Description & Requirements
A growing chiropractic clinic in Little Falls, MN, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $80,000–$120,000 (salary negotiable based on experience), plus profit-sharing opportunities.
The associate will work Monday through Thursday (full days), averaging 31–40 hours per week. Expected patient volume is approximately 150 adjustments per week, with doctors typically spending 3–5 minutes per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Taking patient X-rays
- Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Providing chiropractic adjustments
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Delivering therapy/rehab and exercise instruction
- Providing nutritional and supplementation guidance
- Participating in professional development and seminars
- Supporting patient attraction through internal patient education, workshops, internal referrals, spinal screenings, outside talks, corporate talks, networking, social media, and content creation
The practice operates within a shared-patient model, allowing doctors to collaborate while delivering individualized care across a wide variety of patient populations. Training and mentorship are available for the right candidate.
