Job Description & Requirements
A growing chiropractic practice in Sisseton, SD, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary of $100,000–$120,000 (salary negotiable based on experience), with bonus opportunities paid twice per month.
The associate will work a four-day work week, with the schedule structured as: Monday through Thursday. This role averages 31–40 hours per week and supports approximately 300 patient visits per week across two office locations, with doctors typically spending 1–3 minutes per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations (as training progresses)
- Taking and reviewing X-rays
- Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Providing chiropractic adjustments using Diversified, Activator, Drops, Soft Tissue (ART/Graston), Webster Technique, and TRT
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Delivering therapy/rehab and exercise instruction
- Providing nutritional and supplementation guidance
During the initial phase, Dr. Aaron will manage all new patient examinations and Reports of Findings while the associate becomes familiar with the practice. As the associate grows into the role, responsibilities will expand to include examinations and patient conversion.
The associate will primarily practice from the Sisseton location while also providing care one day per week at the satellite office in Britton, approximately 40 miles away. The team travels together between locations, and the associate should be comfortable working in both offices and providing coverage when needed.
The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working with health records, treatment planning, and clinical documentation. Experience with ChiroTouch is beneficial but not required. Training is available, and out-of-state candidates are welcome to apply.
Candidates must hold (or be eligible for) a South Dakota chiropractic license.
