Organization: Chiro Match MakersJob Description & RequirementsA growing integrated chiropractic clinic in Redmond, OR, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $90,000, salary negotiable based on experience.
The associate will work Monday through Thursday (full days), with occasional Fridays or weekends as needed, though these are not typically part of the regular schedule. This role averages 31–40 hours per week and includes an expected patient volume of 150–250 visits per week. Doctors typically spend 1–3 minutes per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Taking and reviewing X-rays
- Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Presenting financial plans and closing care plans (preferred but not required)
- Providing chiropractic adjustments using Diversified, Palmer, Activator, Arthro Stim, Drop, and instrument-assisted techniques
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Delivering therapy/rehab and exercise instruction
- Providing nutritional and supplementation recommendations
- Participating in professional development and continuing education seminars
The practice operates within a shared-patient model, allowing doctors to collaborate while providing consistent patient care.The ideal candidate is a hard-working, driven chiropractor who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is excited about long-term growth opportunities.
