Job Description & Requirements
A collaborative, high-volume chiropractic clinic in New Paris, PA, is seeking a full-time Associate Chiropractor to join its growing team. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000–$95,000 and provides a long-term opportunity within a well-established, systems-driven practice. We also offer a student loan forgiveness program that can eliminate student debt for an associate DC.
The associate will work Monday through Friday, with an expected patient volume of approximately 200 adjustments per week. Doctors typically spend 3–5 minutes per adjustment.
Key responsibilities include:

Performing patient consultations and examinations

Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations

Providing instrument-based and gentle tonal-style adjustments

Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care

Delivering therapy/rehab services

Supporting wellness lifestyle education and functional nutrition guidance

Participating in professional development and team collaboration
This practice operates within a shared-patient model, creating a strong team dynamic among four chiropractors and four CAs. The clinic blends subluxation-based and symptom-based care with integrated services and advanced therapies such as shockwave, PEMF, and laser therapy.
