Job Description & Requirements
Restructured is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join a thriving, purpose-driven team. This full-time W2 position offers a base salary of $85,000 plus bonus and incentive opportunities in the first year, with salary negotiable based on experience.
The associate will work Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Expected patient volume ranges from 200–250 adjustments per week, with each doctor managing their own patient relationships and care flow within the clinic’s team-based structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations and examinations
- Take and analyze X-rays
- Present Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Create and review financial care plans
- Provide chiropractic adjustments using Diversified, Manual, ArthroStim, Drop Table, and Gonstead techniques
- Perform re-examinations and progress evaluations
- Educate patients on exercise, rehab, nutrition, and lifestyle habits
- Participate in professional development and continuing education seminars
