Job Description & Requirements
A respected and fast-growing chiropractic clinic in Enfield, CT, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its high-volume, community-centered practice. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $95,000 to $125,000.
The associate will work Monday through Friday (full days) and three Saturdays per month from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with Sundays off. Expected patient volume is 200–250 adjustments per week, with approximately 3–5 minutes spent per patient. A Connecticut chiropractic license (or eligibility) is required. Providers licensed out of state and new graduates are welcome to apply. Spanish speakers are encouraged.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting patient consultations and examinations
- Taking part in the full conversion process: ROF, care recommendations, and financial plans
- Delivering high-quality chiropractic adjustments using techniques such as Diversified, Activator, Drops, and Webster
- Performing re-exams and recommending ongoing wellness care
- Providing exercise instruction and lifestyle-based education
- Participating in professional development and attending seminars
Marketing and community outreach activities include:
- Internal: Patient education, workshops, internal referral programs
- External: Spinal screenings, outside talks, corporate events, networking
- Digital: Content creation, social media participation
