Job Description & Requirements
A respected and well-established functional health clinic in Marshfield, WI, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its growing team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $125,000.
The associate will work approximately 31–40 hours per week, with full days on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and a half day on Tuesday. Patient volume is expected to be 100–150 adjustments per week. This position is ideal for doctors who enjoy a collaborative, shared-patient model and have a strong interest in functional medicine, instrument adjusting, and whole-body wellness.

Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Taking and reviewing X-rays
- Presenting Reports of Findings and ongoing care recommendations
- Creating and reviewing financial plans
- Providing chiropractic adjustments using instrument-based techniques only
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Delivering exercise instruction, therapy/rehab, nutrition, and supplement guidance
- Participating in seminars and professional development
This practice relies entirely on instrument adjusting (Erchonia & Vibe Procauser)—no manual manipulation is performed. Experience in functional medicine is a plus, and functional neurology may be an option for the right candidate.
The clinic is open to training new graduates and welcomes out-of-state licensed applicants. Long-term associates are encouraged, and future purchase opportunities may be available within 6 months to 3 years for those interested.
