Job Description & Requirements
A respected and growing chiropractic clinic in Colorado Springs, CO, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its high-volume, collaborative team. This full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary of $100,000–$110,000, with benefits including Simple IRA, PTO, malpractice insurance coverage, and continuing education support.
The associate will work approximately 31–40 hours per week Monday – Friday, with a schedule that includes full weekdays and partial days, allowing for a balance of patient care and personal time. Patient volume typically ranges from 250 to 300 adjustments per week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting patient consultations, examinations, and X-rays
- Presenting Reports of Findings and making care recommendations
- Delivering manual chiropractic adjustments (Diversified, Gonstead, MDT techniques preferred)
- Performing re-exams and providing exercise and rehab instruction
- Utilizing therapies such as decompression, laser, shockwave, and neuropathy treatment
- Participating in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development seminars
Doctors in the practice share patients and contribute to a collaborative team model. Ideal candidates are hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working within a fast-paced, family-centered environment. Experience with Diversified, Gonstead, and MDT techniques is a plus.
