Job Description & Requirements
A respected and innovative integrated health clinic in Norwalk, CT, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its high-performing team. This full-time opportunity offers a competitive base salary between $85,000 and $110,000, plus bonus and commission incentives. Additional benefits include paid time off, malpractice insurance coverage, and continuing education reimbursement. A long-term associate with potential for buyout.
The associate will work approximately 31–40 hours per week, adjusting around 150 patients weekly. Patient visit times average 3–5 minutes. The associate will work full-time with a flexible schedule.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting consultations, examinations, and Reports of Findings
- Providing care recommendations and managing patient treatment plans
- Delivering chiropractic adjustments using techniques such as Diversified, Activator, Manual, and Soft Tissue therapies (ART/Graston)
- Re-exams, ongoing care, and exercise instruction
- Participation in team meetings, staff trainings, and continuing education seminars
Administrative staff handle financial planning and collections, allowing doctors to focus on care. While not required, associates are welcome to contribute to internal and external marketing initiatives.
