Job Description & Requirements
A respected and patient-centered chiropractic clinic in Farragut, TN, is seeking a full-time Associate Chiropractor to join its dynamic team. This position requires the associate to work equally at two locations, Farragut and Tellico Village, which are approximately 25 minutes apart, with Farragut being the primary location.
This opportunity offers a competitive base salary of $85,000 to $105,000, along with bonuses and incentive potential. Additional benefits include malpractice insurance coverage and paid time off. The associate will work a total of 4.5 days per week, totaling 31–40 hours per week.
Patient volume ranges from 200 to 250 adjustments per week.
Doctors work within a collaborative model where patients are shared and team-based care is emphasized. New graduates and out-of-state licensed candidates are welcome to apply.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations, exams, and X-rays
- Presenting Reports of Findings and Care Plans
- Creating and presenting financial plans
- Delivering adjustments using Diversified, Drop Table, and Impulse Instrument techniques
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Providing exercise, nutrition, and supplement guidance
- Participating in professional development and seminars
Marketing involvement includes:
- Internal: Patient education, workshops, and referrals
- External: Community outreach, spinal screenings, corporate talks, and networking events
