Location: Naperville, IL and Aurora, IL
Periodic travel to the U.S. Virgin Islands will be required for training and operational support.

This is a leadership position, so some flexibility will be required, including occasional early morning calls from home and support with operational needs outside of standard business hours when necessary.
Job Description:
Buchar Family Chiropractic is seeking a high-level Office Manager who is ready to grow into a future leadership role within the organization.
This is a hands-on leadership position with a growth path toward becoming the CEO’s right-hand person and taking on increasing operational leadership responsibilities.
The Office Manager will first learn the day-to-day operations of the practice from the ground up, including front desk, patient coordination, therapy support, scheduling, back-office procedures, insurance workflows, reporting, and business operations.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys learning every part of a business, is comfortable being hands-on, and is committed to earning the trust and respect of the team before stepping into a larger leadership role.
What you will do as an Office Manager:
- Learn and understand all office workflows, systems, and procedures
- Master each position within the practice before transitioning fully into management
- Help ensure consistency across multiple locations
- Train, onboard, and support team members
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees
- Manage staff schedules, coverage, and time-off requests
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews
- Track KPIs, office statistics, and business performance metrics
- Generate and review reports using Excel
- Support patient care coordination and care plan presentation when needed
- Learn insurance processes, financial arrangements, and case management workflows
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and processes
- Participate in management meetings and team training calls
- Assist the CEO with special projects and operational initiatives
- Provide leadership support across the Naperville and Aurora offices
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and management experience
- Background in Human Resources, Business Management, Operations, or a related field
- Experience managing multiple employees preferred
- Experience training and developing employees preferred
- Insurance billing or insurance operations experience preferred, or willingness to learn
- Highly organized and process-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Comfortable holding team members accountable
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, emotionally intelligent, and team-focused
- Willing to work from both the Naperville and Aurora locations
- Willing to travel periodically to the U.S. Virgin Islands
