Pay: $55,000 – $60,000 per year (based on experience)
Work Schedule:
Tuesday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:15 PM
(Some work-from-home flexibility — 1 to 2 shifts per week)

Job Description:

We are a thriving wellness-focused massage studio committed to exceptional client care through therapeutic massage and bodywork. Our experienced team offers a wide range of healing modalities, and we are known for delivering some of the best massage experiences in the Kansas City area.
We are seeking a thoughtful and reliable Office Manager who enjoys implementing systems, refining processes, and supporting both staff and clients. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a high-quality studio experience.
Main Responsibilities:
Studio Operations & Leadership
- Oversee daily operations at the main studio and support two additional locations
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently
- Handle client questions or concerns calmly and professionally
Team Support
- Build and manage schedules for massage therapists and front desk staff
- Coordinate coverage for schedule changes and time-off requests
- Support onboarding and training coordination
- Serve as a dependable resource for staff and help foster collaboration and growth
Administrative & Systems Management
- Coordinate payroll and time tracking
- Maintain accurate records (licenses, certifications, personnel files)
- Track key metrics such as utilization, cancellations, and revenue trends
- Prepare operational reports for ownership
- Maintain, document, and improve SOPs and internal processes
Client Experience
- Uphold a welcoming, consistent, and high-quality guest experience
- Maintain brand standards and client care expectations
- Support studio communication and client engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-focused
- Enjoys creating, following, and improving SOPs
- Calm under pressure with strong emotional intelligence
- Professional, friendly, and reliable communicator
- Comfortable using scheduling, payroll, and communication software
- Able to work independently while supporting a team-focused mission
