Pay: $16 – $20 (based on experience) + bonuses

Work Schedule

  • Monday – Thursday: 7:15 AM – 11:30 AM 1:45 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:15 AM – 12:30 PM
  • Saturday (rotating): One Saturday per month (every other month rotation) 8:15 AM – 11:30 AM

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and energetic Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about supporting patients in improving their health naturally—without drugs or surgery.

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a positive patient experience while supporting the doctor and daily clinic operations.

No prior experience is required — we provide all training needed to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Clinical Support

  • Welcome patients and create a warm, supportive environment
  • Escort patients and assist with office flow
  • Assist patients on and off therapy tables
  • Educate patients on treatments under the doctor’s direction
  • Assist the doctor during exams and treatments
  • Take patient vitals (e.g., blood pressure)
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the doctor
  • Prepare therapy rooms and equipment

Documentation & Organization

  • Maintain accurate patient notes during visits
  • Scan, file, and organize patient records
  • Keep treatment areas and reception clean and presentable

Office Support

  • Assist with inventory management and supply ordering
  • Maintain stock levels and restock as needed
  • Provide front desk support when needed (phones, scheduling, payments)

Certification Requirement: Employees must obtain and maintain C.C.A. Level I & Level II X-Ray Certification (company will provide training, resources, and cover all associated costs).

  • Comfortable with technology (email, scheduling systems, scanners, etc.)

  • Knowledge of HIPAA or medical compliance (a plus)
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required
