Work Schedule (Full-Time):
- Monday & Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM, 2:30 PM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 1:30 PM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: OFF
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and create a warm, welcoming experience
- Assist with therapy treatments and lead patient exercises
- Support front desk duties: scheduling, payments, and inquiries
- Check in and assist with new patient forms
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally and promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
- Coordinate with the chiropractor and team for smooth patient flow
- Manage office supplies and clinic organization
- Work in a fast-paced, hands-on role
What We’re Looking For:
- Background in customer service, fitness, or wellness preferred (e.g., gym staff, trainers, PT aides)
- Energetic and able to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, team-oriented, and eager to support others
- Detail-oriented and comfortable following clinical protocols
- Passionate about helping people feel their best!
No prior chiropractic experience? No problem — we’ll train you!
