We are a fast-growing, patient-centered chiropractic and integrated healthcare practice in Fort Collins. We specialize in Corrective Chiropractic Care, Rehabilitation, and Regenerative Medicine. We are currently looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating an outstanding patient experience from the moment patients walk through the door.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check in patients with a positive and professional attitude
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries
- Manage front desk operations and maintain an organized office environment
- Assist patients with paperwork, scheduling, and basic financial discussions
- Coordinate patient flow with chiropractic and medical teams
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support a positive and efficient patient experience
Requirements:
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using scheduling software and handling administrative tasks
- Basic understanding of insurance and medical office procedures is a plus
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
