Job Description & Requirements
A growing chiropractic clinic in Vacaville, CA, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $100,000–$110,000 (salary negotiable based on experienced), with bonus opportunities available following the onboarding period.
The associate will work 4 to 4½ days per week, averaging 31–40 hours weekly, with one Saturday morning per month (9:00 AM–12:00 PM). Expected patient volume ranges from 160–200 adjustments per week, with doctors typically spending 3–5 minutes per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing chiropractic adjustments
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Delivering therapy/rehab and exercise instruction
- Participating in professional development and continuing education seminars
The practice utilizes Manual Adjustment, Diversified, Activator, Thompson Drop, Gonstead, Erchonia Laser, and SoftWave Therapy. Doctors share patients within a collaborative clinic model that emphasizes efficient, high-quality care. The clinic welcomes chiropractors with an interest in pediatric and prenatal care, particularly those familiar with Webster Technique. Training is available for the right candidate.
