ASSOCIATE CHIROPRACTOR NEEDED

We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and driven chiropractor to join our growing, 100% cash-pay, family-focused, subluxation-based practice.

What We Offer
-30-hour, 4.5-day work week
-Competitive guaranteed base salary, paid weekly, plus revenue-based compensation starting at 30%, increasing to a -50/50 split
-Established patient base, growing toward 100–120 visits/week
-Fully trained administrative and front-desk support
-Marketing and patient acquisition support
-Clinical mentorship and case consultation
-Freedom to utilize your preferred adjusting techniques
-3 months paid housing for relocating candidates
-Immigration assistance and guidance navigating Philippine work authorization (Alien Employment Permit / 9(g) visa sponsorship) for foreign practitioners
The Ownership Opportunity
-After 3 years of meeting agreed performance benchmarks (visit volume, patient retention, and clinical standards to be outlined during the interview process), you will have a clear opportunity to purchase the clinic you helped build.
-The purchase price will be calculated using a pre-agreed valuation formula set at the start of the three-year period, so your work growing the practice builds equity you’ll benefit from, not just goodwill for someone else.
-This offers a structured path from associate → clinician → practice owner.
