We’re looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and dependable Patient Care Assistant to join our growing team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a team that genuinely cares about making a positive impact every single day.

If you’re looking for more than “just a job” and want to build a career where your work is appreciated and meaningful, we’d love to meet you.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and create a warm, friendly, and professional experience from the moment they arrive.
  • Check patients in and out while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, confirm new patient visits, and reschedule missed appointments.
  • Process patient payments and assist with daily front desk operations.
  • Assist doctors during patient examinations and treatments.
  • Utilize the DRX-9000 spinal decompression system to help patients recovering from bulging and herniated discs (training provided).
  • Position, harness, and assist patients during spinal decompression therapy and other prescribed treatments.
  • Apply passive therapies, including red light laser therapy, and guide patients through spinal hygiene exercises.
  • Educate patients on treatment expectations, healthy lifestyle habits, and wellness recommendations that support their recovery.
  • Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical documentation for every visit.
  • Manage patient flow to help the office run efficiently while ensuring every patient feels welcomed, cared for, and supported.
  • Collaborate with doctors and fellow team members to provide an outstanding patient experience every day.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A positive, energetic attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable multitasking and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Eager to learn and grow professionally.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Associate degree preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows is preferred.
  • Reliable transportation to commute between both office locations.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • Join a team that truly supports one another.
  • Make a real difference in patients’ lives every single day.
  • Receive paid training and continuous professional development.
  • Work in a positive, wellness-focused environment where your contributions matter.
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and watch their progress firsthand.
  • Enjoy a career with opportunities to grow while helping others live healthier, happier lives.
