Job Description & Requirements
A thriving chiropractic practice in Tacoma, WA, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its growing team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $120,000, along with monthly bonus opportunities based on the overhead of the practice. The clinic is looking for a long-term associate who will help grow the current location while eventually taking on greater responsibility within the practice.
The associate will work Monday through Thursday (full days), averaging 31–40 hours per week, and enjoy three-day weekends with Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off. Expected patient volume is 150–200 adjustments per week, with doctors typically spending 3–5 minutes per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Taking patient X-rays
- Presenting Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Providing chiropractic adjustments
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Delivering exercise instruction
- Participating in team meetings
- Attending professional development seminars
The practice primarily treats personal injury patients, and patient care does not involve long-term care plans. Doctors work independently, each managing their own patient base within the clinic while benefiting from a collaborative team environment. Training is available for the right candidate.
