Job Description & Requirements
A growing chiropractic clinic in Dallas, TX, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $85,000 (salary negotiable based on experience).
The associate will work a flexible weekly schedule, including: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and one additional half day (Tuesday or Thursday). This role includes 31–40 hours per week, with an expected patient volume of 150–200 visits per week and 5–10 minutes spent per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Providing chiropractic adjustments using Diversified and Drop techniques
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Delivering therapy/rehab and functional medicine services
- Participating in external marketing efforts such as spinal screenings, corporate talks, and networking
The practice operates under a unique model where each doctor runs their own practice within the clinic, allowing for autonomy while still benefiting from a shared environment.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, motivated to build their own patient base, and committed to delivering high-quality care in a results-driven setting.
