Job Description & Requirements
A well-established chiropractic clinic in Sanford, NC, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $80,000, with monthly bonus opportunities based on the number of adjustments, and strong earning potential based on performance.
The associate will work Monday through Friday, and expected patient volume ranges from 75–100 adjustments per week, with doctors typically spending 5–10 minutes per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Taking and reviewing X-rays
- Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Presenting financial plans and closing care plans
- Providing chiropractic adjustments using Activator and AO Upper Cervical techniques
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Delivering therapy/rehab services
The practice operates under a shared-patient model and is supported by a PR team that assists with marketing efforts, including occasional social media content.
The clinic provides training in upper cervical techniques and supports ongoing development, including a stipend toward annual boards and continuing education. This is a long-term opportunity within a well-established practice that values team collaboration and consistent patient care.
