Job Description & Requirements
A disc focused chiropractic clinic in Lake in the Hills, IL, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its growing team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $90,000–$100,000 (salary negotiable based on experience), with quarterly bonuses based on KPIs.
Associates who consistently meet performance goals and KPI benchmarks have the potential to earn $120,000–$130,000 annually through bonus and incentive opportunities.
The associate will work Monday through Saturday. This role includes 31–40 hours per week, with an expected patient volume of 130–180 visits per week and 3–5 minutes spent per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Taking and reviewing X-rays
- Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Presenting financial plans and closing care plans
- Providing chiropractic adjustments (Diversified/Gonstead preferred, with Palmer, Drops)
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Delivering therapy/rehab and exercise instruction
- Participating in internal workshops, referrals, and occasional external screenings
The practice operates under a shared-patient model and is seeking a chiropractor who is both a caregiver and a business builder.
