Job Description & Requirements
A high-volume chiropractic clinic in Lake in the Hills, IL, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its growing team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $90,000 with monthly bonuses based on KPIs.
The associate will work Monday through Saturday. This role includes 31–40 hours per week, with an expected patient volume of 200–250 visits per week and 3–5 minutes spent per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Taking and reviewing X-rays
- Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Presenting financial plans and closing care plans
- Providing chiropractic adjustments (Diversified/Gonstead preferred, with Palmer, Drops, and Webster techniques)
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Delivering therapy/rehab and exercise instruction
- Providing nutritional and supplementation guidance
- Participating in internal workshops, referrals, and occasional external screenings
- Creating social media content (1–2 videos per week)
The practice operates under a shared-patient model and is seeking a chiropractor who is both a caregiver and a business builder.
