Job Description & Requirements
An established integrated chiropractic clinic in Cleveland, OH, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $90,000, (salary negotiable based on experience), with monthly bonus opportunities. The associate will work on Monday to Friday. This role involves seeing 150+ patients per week, with doctors typically spending 5–10 minutes per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Taking and reviewing X-rays
- Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Presenting financial plans and closing care plans
- Providing chiropractic adjustments using diversified, drop, and instrument techniques
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Delivering therapy/rehab and exercise instruction
- Supporting nutrition and supplementation recommendations
The practice operates under a shared-patient model and focuses heavily on personal injury care, which makes up the majority of the patient base.
This is a patient-care-focused role designed to support the existing team, with no leadership responsibilities required. The clinic also incorporates additional diagnostic and evaluation tools such as EEG/ERP and ocular motor evaluations.
Candidates must hold (or be eligible for) an Ohio chiropractic license. Out-of-state candidates are welcome to apply.
