Job Description & Requirements
A fast-growing, multi-location chiropractic clinic serving San Antonio and the greater Austin area is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its high-performance team, this full-time role offers a base salary of $100,000–$120,000.
The associate will work Monday through Thursday (full days) and a half day on Friday, totaling approximately 31–40 hours per week, with weekends off. This is a high-volume environment, with an expected 200–250 adjustments per week, supported by a trained staff and streamlined systems that allow doctors to focus on patient care and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Performing patient consultations, examinations, and re-exams
- Taking and reviewing diagnostic X-rays
- Delivering Reports of Findings and presenting care recommendations and financial plans
- Providing chiropractic adjustments using a variety of techniques
- Recommending ongoing care plans and wellness strategies
- Collaborating with therapy and rehab services
- Supporting internal patient education and referral-based growth
- Participating in team meetings, trainings, and professional development
