Job Description & Requirements
A respected and well-established chiropractic clinic in Powdersville, SC, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its growing team. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary between $85,000 and $100,000, plus bonus and incentive opportunities. The associate will work Monday through Thursday (full days) and a half day on Friday, with weekends off.
This role involves adjusting approximately 150 patients per week and is ideal for a chiropractor who is committed to long-term growth within a supportive clinic environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting patient consultations and examinations
- Taking and reviewing X-rays
- Presenting Reports of Findings and Care recommendations
- Developing financial plans (with support from staff for sales/closings)
- Providing chiropractic adjustments and re-exams
- Offering exercise instruction, active/passive therapy, and nutrition/supplement guidance
- Participating in trainings and ongoing professional development
- Engaging in internal and external marketing: workshops, PT education, spinal screenings, community talks, corporate talks, social media, and content creation
The practice utilizes techniques including manual adjusting, Diversified, ArthroStim, drops, and soft tissue therapy (ART/Graston). While the clinic uses CBP, prior experience is not required. Training is available.
The practice operates using an “each doctor runs their own practice within the clinic” model, creating an entrepreneurial environment while still offering team support. Candidates must hold (or be eligible for) a South Carolina chiropractic license. New graduates are welcome to apply.
