Job Description & Requirements
A well-established practice in Tacoma, WA is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join their care family. This practice offers the opportunity to provide exceptional care in a thriving community. This position provides a competitive salary of $90,000 (salary negotiable based on experience).
The associate will work a flexible 4-day schedule, including full days on Monday and Friday, with rotating Saturdays (1–2 per month). The position includes 31–40 hours per week, with an expected patient volume of 100–200 visits per week and 5–10 minutes spent per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Taking and reviewing X-rays (as needed)
- Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Presenting financial plans and closing care plans
- Providing chiropractic adjustments using manual, activator, drop, instrument, and Webster techniques
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Delivering exercise instruction and wellness education
- Participating in internal workshops, referrals, and external marketing efforts
