- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday:
- 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM, 1:30 PM – 6:30 PM
- Tuesday & Friday:
- 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Total weekly hours: approximately 37.5 hours

Job Description:
This role exists to support the doctors in guiding patients through their care journey and to enhance the overall patient experience in the clinic.
We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and adaptable Chiropractic Assistant / Patient Care Assistant who thrives in a patient-first environment and enjoys supporting both doctors and patients. All responsibilities will be taught — no previous medical or clinical experience is required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist doctors with patient flow throughout the clinic
- Set up patients on therapies and neurofeedback equipment
- Participate in exams and testing
- Take patient vitals (blood pressure, etc.)
- Escort patients to treatment rooms
- Take notes for doctors as needed
- Write instructions for supplements or treatment protocols
- Assist with inventory management
- Provide backup support for the front desk (phones, scheduling, payments)
- Maintain a calm, patient-first environment at all times

Skills & Background Preferences (Not Required):
- Banking or financial customer service experience
- Willingness to learn medical equipment operation
- Strong communication skills and patient-service mindset
- Ability to learn clinic workflows and processes
