Job Description:
Are you looking for more than just another job?
At Crossroads Brain & Spine, we’re a fast-growing, technology-driven practice looking for a Chiropractic Assistant who wants to learn, contribute, and grow with our team.
We move quickly, use technology throughout our office, and focus heavily on creating an excellent experience for every patient. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable following established systems and processes.
You don’t need to know how to use our clinical equipment—we’ll train you. We’re open to candidates from different industries and backgrounds. What matters most is that you’re coachable, communicate well, enjoy working with people, and take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do.
This is an active, hands-on role. You’ll spend much of the day on your feet, moving throughout the office and helping patients transition between treatment areas, so you should be comfortable with the physical demands of the position.
We’re growing quickly, and for the right person, there are opportunities to take on more responsibility and grow into future leadership roles.
Main Responsibilities:
- Guide patients between treatment areas and help maintain an efficient patient flow
- Prepare patients and equipment for treatments
- Learn to operate decompression and Class IV Laser equipment
- Help with patient scheduling and appointment coordination
- Communicate with patients in person and over the phone
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation
- Prepare, clean, and reset treatment areas
- Follow established systems, protocols, and procedures
- Use technology and office systems throughout the day
- Participate in training and cross-training
- Cross-train in different areas of the practice as needed to support the team and patient flow
- Take initiative and support the team wherever needed
All training will be provided!
If you’re looking for a position where you can learn, grow, connect with patients, and become an important part of a growing team, we’d love to hear from you.
