Job Description & Requirements
A growing biomechanical and structural-based chiropractic practice in Columbia, MD, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time opportunity offers a base salary of $100,000–$105,000 (salary negotiable based on experience), with bonus opportunities available for the right candidate.
The associate will work Monday through Thursday and Friday, following a schedule of three full days and two half days. The position averages 31–40 hours per week, with an expected patient volume of 100–130 adjustments per week. Doctors typically spend 5–10 minutes with each patient.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Providing Reports of Findings and recommendations for care
- Providing chiropractic adjustments
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Delivering therapy and rehabilitation
- Providing exercise instruction
- Participating in professional development and seminars
- Supporting internal patient education, workshops, and internal referrals
The practice utilizes Manual Adjustment, Diversified, Drops, and Soft Tissue techniques including ART and Graston. Doctors share patients within the same clinic, creating a collaborative environment while providing individualized care.
The practice is seeking a chiropractor who can contribute as an entrepreneur, business builder, and caregiver. The ideal candidate should have an interest in rehabilitation and sports care, with a willingness to develop their clinical skills and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
