Sales/Marketing Administrator- Standard Process

Clinical Nutrition of Indiana & Kentucky, which represents the Standard Process and
MediHerb lines, is a growing, whole food and herbal supplement company. We provide training
and support for health care practitioners utilizing nutrition.
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Administrator with the skills and experience necessary
to create and manage digital and print marketing projects, lead inside sales projects and work
closely supporting the Owner/Managing Director. Must demonstrate independent judgment
and problem-solving skills.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Support to Owner/Managing Director
 Responsible for all Marketing Initiatives including social media, constant contact,
Eventbrite, flyers, brochures and marketing videos
 Draft customer newsletters
 Update and manage website
 Work collaboratively with the sales team
 Inside sales and sales support
 Customer interaction and customer support
 Manage projects to completion
 Event planning
 General administrative duties
POSITION DETAILS
 Part-time
 This is a remote position; you must have a personal computer and internet.
 Must live within a 30-minute commuting distance to attend monthly meetings
 Pay will be hourly plus quarterly bonus based on team territory sales

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
 Bachelor’s degree
 2+ years’ experience in marketing, sales, office management or executive assistant
roles
 Must have a sincere interest in nutrition, health, and wellness
 Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, Constant Contact and PowerPoint
 Proficiency in web-based marketing, social media, and marketing design
 Excellent content writing skills
 Strong customer service skills
 Exercise independent project completion skills and work-flow organization
 Ability to work quickly and efficiently without close supervision

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $22.00 /hour
