Work Schedule:

  • Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
  • Wednesdays and Fridays: Half-day morning shift
  • One weekend per quarter for marketing events or training seminars.

Additionally, we provide a range of wellness services including weight loss, supplements,

acupuncture, and massage.

We are currently seeking a proactive, dependable, and sales-savvy Patient Coordinator to oversee all patient-related activities. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will wield

significant influence throughout their journey with us. This role goes beyond administrative

tasks; it requires proactive scheduling, meticulous organization, and a commitment to ensuring

each patient receives the highest level of care. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth

and success of our practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the doctor to finalize care plans with patients.
  • Manage incoming calls and warmly welcome patients.
  • Handle patient paperwork, maintain records, and facilitate payments.
  • Schedule appointments and provide timely reminders and follow-up calls.
  • Close outpatient visits, providing information on services and fees.
  • Process payments and present options to patients.
  • Maintain an organized schedule and prepare for upcoming appointments.
  • Conduct outreach to potential patients through various channels.
  • Assist in developing promotional materials and campaigns to attract new patients.
