You must be an amazing multitasker; this is a hands on position and you need to be willing to wear multiple hats. By providing administrative and executive support, you will be an integral part of our success.

Requirements *
Office management experience or administrative experience
Excellent time management skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in MS Office
Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
Excellent computer skills
Customer service experience is preferred
College education is preferred but not required
This is a Monday to Friday position with occasional weekends for training and conference travel.
