Pay: $60,000 – $70,000 per year ($30 to $33 per hour)

Work Schedule:

  • 40 hours a week
  • Monday and Wednesday: 7:30 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm
  • Tuesday and Thursday: 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm
  • Friday: 7:30 am to 12:30 pm
  • Some additional hours may be needed for admin task

Position Overview:

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the chiropractic practice. This role involves managing staff, coordinating patient services, handling billing and financials, ensuring compliance with office policies, and enhancing patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including reception, scheduling, and patient flow.
  • Manage electronic health records (EHR) and ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.

Patient Relations:

  • Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for patients.
  • Address patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals.

Financial Management:

  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, and oversee collections.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting.

Human Resources:

  • Supervise office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage.
  • Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure the practice adheres to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe office environment.
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures.

Technology and Equipment:

  • Oversee maintenance and functionality of office equipment and software.
  • Coordinate with IT support for any technical issues.

Marketing and Outreach:

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new patients.
  • Coordinate community outreach events and health fairs.
