Our chiropractic practice is seeking a New Patient Concierge to join our team. As a New Patient Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking our chiropractic services. Your role will be crucial in creating a positive and friendly atmosphere for our new patients while helping them navigate their initial experience with us.
Key Responsibilities for Concierge:
- Greet and welcome new patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist new patients in filling out intake forms and providing necessary information.
- Schedule appointments and answer inquiries regarding our services.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Provide information on our chiropractic care and services.
- Address patient concerns and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle administrative tasks.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
