Job Description

Responsible for greeting practice members, answering phones and making appointments, accepting payments, and interacting with the team. We are looking for a fun, hard-working, success-minded person who oversees all aspects of clinical practice member management, is cross-trained in all aspects of office operation, and assists in holding practice members accountable to their goals.  Serves as administrative assistant to the doctor and office manager.
No previous experience is needed, all training will be provided.

    What you will do
    Our Practice is offering an opportunity to showcase your customer service and organizational skills as a full-time Administrative Assistant in our office. We are looking for a positive person with great people and communication skills and a passion for helping others through natural and holistic healthcare. Excellent relationship-building skills are a must to ensure service is provided with a high degree of quality. You will be responsible for creating a warm and hospitable environment in the reception area, making and rescheduling appointments, answering phones, managing payments due/past due, and assisting in office audits.
    • Corresponding between attorney’s offices and the practice
    • Assisting the doctor with new patient exams (all training will be provided). 
    • Tracking and measuring daily/weekly/monthly office metrics 
    • Creating and managing patient care packages, and reviewing financial obligations with patients.  
      This is not your typical front desk position. You will be assisting in all patient care and assist our doctors and team members as needed!
      What you need
      • Two-year degree or more preferred but not required
      • Previous experience in customer service or administrative experience is preferred
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Windows is preferredWhat you need
        • No previous experience is necessary, however, you must be a great problem solver and willing to quickly learn new skills to do great work in this position!
        • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows is preferred
        • Speaking Spanish is a preference but not required.  
          Things you should know
          • PTO and Paid Holidays after a 6 months probation period. 
          • Pay: $23/hour
          • Job Type: Full-time (25-35 hours per week)The practice is located in North West Albuquerque, Cottonwood area.
