- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
- 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- With Weekends & Wednesdays off

Our busy chiropractic and wellness clinic is looking for a Medical/Chiropractic Assistant who can keep up with a high-energy doctor, manage multiple patients at once, and play a critical role in ensuring smooth patient care.
All training will be provided!
This role is hands-on, fast-moving, and rewarding—think of the pace of a busy restaurant, but in a healthcare setting where you’re directly impacting lives.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the doctor with exams, treatments, and x-rays.
- Educate patients about procedures, equipment, and care plans.
- Manage patient flow: getting patients on/off equipment quickly and efficiently.
- Anticipate the doctor’s needs and stay one step ahead.
- Communicate clearly with patients, handle questions, and overcome objections.
- Keep equipment clean, organized, and in good working order.
- Ensure supplies are stocked and rooms are reset throughout the day.
- Coordinate with the doctor and staff to keep the clinic running smoothly.
- Prepare for next day’s patients at end of shift.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in healthcare (medical, physical therapy, chiropractic, or similar) preferred, but not required. We will train the right person!
- Must be organized, fast-paced, and proactive.
- Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly throughout the day.
- Strong communication skills with patients and team members.
- Comfortable being hands-on with patients.
