A well-established chiropractic practice in Fishers, IN is seeking an Exam DC / Associate Chiropractor to join their growing and supportive team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000, with strong opportunities for professional development and mentorship. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekends off, offering an excellent work-life balance.
This role is ideal for a chiropractor who is confident in performing thorough patient examinations and contributing meaningfully to patient care throughout the day. We are looking for a strong exam doctor who can assist with managing patient flow, provide high-quality adjustments, and support patients with ongoing care. Whether you’re a new graduate looking for mentorship and structure or a licensed DC seeking a collaborative environment, this is a great opportunity to grow and thrive in a results-driven setting.
The expected patient volume is 125 to 175 adjustments per week. The role involves taking patient X-rays, conducting Reports of Findings, and presenting Recommendations for Care. The chiropractor will perform patient consultations and examinations, deliver chiropractic adjustments, and conduct regular re-examinations. They will also recommend ongoing care and provide exercise instruction tailored to each patient’s needs. A commitment to professional development, including attending seminars and continuing education, is highly valued.
The practice uses a combination of Manual Adjustments, Diversified and Activator techniques, and is open to other methods such as CBP (Chiropractic BioPhysics). As a corrective care office, we are looking for a chiropractor who is a strong adjuster and passionate about delivering measurable results.
