Job Description
We are seeking a chiropractor who:

Core Responsibilities
Deliver principled, subluxation-based chiropractic adjustments (Diversified, Drop Table, etc.)
Conduct thorough Day 1 and Day 2 procedures, including consultation, exams, X-rays, and Report of Findings
Educate patients on the 5 Essentials and corrective care model
Perform and interpret posture, mobility, neurological, and digital assessments
Create and execute individualized care plans based on clinical findings
Deliver Report of Findings and Progress Reports with confidence and clarity
Perform re-exams and update care plans as needed
Maintain accurate SOAP notes and EMR documentation
Co-manage acute or chronic cases with rehab, decompression, or adjunctive therapies as applicable
