Job Description & Requirements
An established chiropractic and wellness practice in Bangor, ME, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a $100,000 guaranteed base salary plus up to $21,000 in bonuses.
The associate will work Monday through Friday, approximately 31–40 hours per week, with staggered start times and no weekend hours. Expected patient volume is approximately 225 adjustments per week, with 3–5 minutes spent with each patient.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations, examinations, and X-rays
- Presenting Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Developing financial plans and supporting patient care decisions
- Providing chiropractic adjustments and conducting re-exams
- Recommending ongoing care
- Providing therapy, rehabilitation, exercise, and nutritional guidance
- Participating in professional development and seminars
- Working collaboratively within a shared-patient model
The practice is willing to train the associate, including Webster Technique certification, and is looking for someone interested in working with children and families.
Maine licensure is required, and out-of-state candidates will be considered. A 2–3 year initial commitment is requested, with the opportunity for a long-term position.
