Job Description & Requirements
An established chiropractic practice in St. Paul, MN, is seeking an experienced Associate Chiropractor to join its team, with an anticipated start date in 2027. This full-time position offers $85,000-$125,000 in total compensation, including bonuses.
The associate will work approximately 40 hours per week, with a schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday full days, Tuesday half day, and Friday half day. Expected patient volume is approximately 100–200 adjustments per week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking patient X-rays and performing examinations
- Conducting consultations and presenting Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Performing chiropractic adjustments and re-examinations
- Recommending ongoing care
- Providing therapy, rehabilitation, and exercise instruction
- Participating in professional development and seminars
- Working within a shared-patient model
The practice is seeking an experienced chiropractor interested in a long-term opportunity, with a minimum 2–3 year initial commitment. Minnesota licensure is required, and out-of-state candidates will be considered.
