Job Description & Requirements
A growing subluxation-based chiropractic practice in Waco, TX, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $95,000–$120,000 (salary negotiable based on experience), with performance-based bonuses that can be discussed based on the associate’s role and performance.
The associate will work Monday through Thursday, averaging 31–40 hours per week. The schedule includes full days Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with Tuesday being primarily a half day. Expected patient volume is approximately 200–250 adjustments per week, with doctors typically spending 1–3 minutes per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Taking patient X-rays
- Delivering Reports of Findings and recommendations for care
- Presenting financial plans and participating in sales and closing
- Providing chiropractic adjustments
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Participating in professional development and seminars
- Supporting community outreach and patient attraction efforts as needed
The practice utilizes Manual Adjustment, Diversified, Drops, Webster Technique, TRT, and Instrument Adjustments. Patient care also incorporates passive therapy, wellness lifestyle education, and decompression, with shock wave therapy and a decompression chair available in the practice.
Doctors share patients within the same clinic, creating a collaborative environment focused on individual care, family care, pain relief, pediatric care, and prenatal care.
The practice is seeking someone with strong leadership qualities, including a self-starter mentality and a genuine desire to work hard and help others. The ideal candidate will be interested in supporting and building the practice while developing toward a lead doctor role within the clinic.
