Job Description & Requirements
A growing chiropractic clinic in Boise, ID, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a flat salary of $100,000 and the opportunity to become part of a long-term, patient-centered practice.
The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM. This role includes 31–40 hours per week, with an expected patient volume of 150–200 visits per week. Doctors typically spend 5–10 minutes with each patient.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Providing chiropractic adjustments using Diversified, Gonstead, and Activator techniques
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Managing patient care plans
- Providing exercise instruction
- Offering nutritional and supplementation recommendations
- Participating in professional development and seminars
The practice operates under a shared-patient model, allowing doctors to collaborate while maintaining a strong focus on patient outcomes and continuity of care.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience, strong adjusting skills, and a desire to build a long-term career within a subluxation-based practice. Training is available for the right candidate.
Candidates must hold (or be eligible for) an Idaho chiropractic license. Out-of-state candidates are welcome to apply.
