Job Description & Requirements
A high-volume chiropractic clinic in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $100,000 – 110,000, with potential bonus opportunities for doctors who excel in patient communication and closing care plans.
The associate will work Monday through Friday. The role includes approximately 25 patient hours per week, with expected patient volume ranging from 175–200 visits weekly. Doctors typically spend 1–3 minutes per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Taking and reviewing X-rays
- Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Providing upper cervical chiropractic adjustments (training provided)
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Educating patients on wellness lifestyle practices
This clinic operates under a shared-patient model and is an objective subluxation/neurologically-based practice focused on delivering efficient, consistent patient care in a high-volume setting. The practice emphasizes patient education, corrective care, and strong communication to help patients achieve long-term wellness outcomes.
