A respected and progressive chiropractic and rehab clinic in Front Royal, VA, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its expanding team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $100,000, (salary negotiable based on experience), with bonus and commission opportunities. The associate will work Monday through Friday (full days), with occasional Saturdays as needed.
This role involves a balanced mix of chiropractic adjustments, active and passive therapies, and rehabilitation-based care in a high-energy, gym-style clinical environment. The associate will conduct consultations, examinations, X-rays, Reports of Findings, and care recommendations, as well as exercise instruction, nutritional guidance, and re-exams.
Techniques utilized include Diversified, Palmer Package, Activator, Drop Table, Soft Tissue (ART/Graston), and Webster Technique, with experience in soft tissue and rehab protocols required. Acupuncture or dry needling experience is a plus. The clinic operates under a shared-patient model, encouraging collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth through ongoing team training and seminars.
This position offers a structured onboarding process with detailed SOPs, a supportive environment, and an opportunity to grow with the practice long-term as it expands into additional clinic locations.
