Job Description & Requirements
A respected and well-established chiropractic clinic in Rochester, NY, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its growing team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $85,000 to $100,000, with additional bonuses and incentives. The associate will work Monday through Thursday (full days) and a half day on Wednesday, with the possibility of adding Friday mornings as the practice continues to expand.
Expected patient volume is 200–225 adjustments per week, with doctors spending an average of 3–5 minutes per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting patient consultations, examinations, and Reports of Findings
- Providing care recommendations and ongoing care
- Delivering chiropractic adjustments using Diversified, Activator, Drop Table, and Manual techniques (Webster preferred)
- Performing re-exams, recommending care plans, and providing exercise or wellness guidance
- Participating in internal and external marketing efforts, including workshops, patient education, spinal screenings, and corporate talks
The ideal candidate is a motivated, patient-focused chiropractor eager to grow within a long-term associate role in a collaborative, team-based environment. New graduates are welcome to apply, and training and professional development are provided through seminars and mentorship.
